Best Wedding Venues With Beautiful Views

I’ve been shooting weddings for 11 years now, and to call it a job is flat out incredible and humbling at the same time! Seeing what makes a wedding venue the best in a photography aspect can be a little different than to the common eye. Here are my top 10 venues, in Florida, that I’d get married at if I had a chance to do it all over again!

West Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Miami and a bunch of smaller towns make up South Florida. In my opinion, the beaches are not what makes South Florida a hot spot for some of the best wedding venues in FL! It’s the historic Spanish architecture that makes these venues feel romantic, one of a kind, and couples from all over the world flock to South Florida to get married!

A National Historic Landmark, Vizcaya Museum and Gardens is a 1916 waterfront estate home with 32 decorated rooms. A breathtaking Gilded Age estate on Biscayne Bay surrounded by ten acres of formal gardens, a mangrove shoreline and rockland hammock. Be inspired by Vizcaya’s natural beauty, connect with Miami’s past and discover this unique cultural gem. Outdoor Florida Wedding Locations

The Cooper Estate is a elegant wedding venue located in Redland, FL. The property is still today a working native plant nursery. Massive live oak canopies, waterfalls, fish ponds, a sunken grotto, all naturally shaded and lined with rare palms, along with acres of manicured gardens are just some of the unique features that makes this an amazing place to have a wedding! Villa Woodbine is a Mediterranean mansion was build in the 1930s on “Millionaire’s Row”. It’s a perfect place to have a wedding with its open-air designs of central courtyards and large loggias with Spanish arches particularly adapted to the Miami climate with its warm tropical breezes. Cuban design influenced the interior design of the property. The Cuban tile in the dining room is a rare example of this craft. The beautifully polished tiles on the loggias bring memories of another era.

The Ancient Spanish Monastery is 12th-centuryMonasteryCloisters brought fromSpainto the US by William Randolph Hearst in 1924. The creates sat in a Brooklyn Warehouse for 26 years and was purchased 1 year after Hearst’s death. Two entrepreneurs purchase them, brought them to Miami and put together “the biggest jigsaw puzzle in history” said by Times Magazine in 1953. There are five outdoor spaces for weddings: The Loggia, Prayer Well, Banyan Tree, Saviour Garden, and St. John Garden. The Gardens can accommodate up to 300 guests.

Fantastic Outdoor Wedding Venues In South Florida

The Brazilian Court is a Spanish Colonial Architectural Landmark hotel located in West Palm Beach is a quaint boutique hotel for a smaller wedding under 150.

This cute little boutique inn is a tropical garden haven and a dream of a wedding venue. The Sundy House is a one-stop-shop, with a place for you and your guests to stay, have a ceremony and a reception! Gorgeous Wedding Venues In Tampa Bay

Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden is an 83 acre botanic garden, with extensive collections of rare tropical plants including palms, cycads, flowering trees, and vines. There are multiple places on-site to have your ceremony here with tropical backdrops!

Maps Backlot is a 15, 000-square foot photo studio, event space, and wedding venue located in the heart of the Wynwood Arts District. The surrounding areas of Wynwood and it’s graffiti walls make in one of my top unique places to get married for the couples that are more edgy! I’m dying to shoot a wedding in Maps Backlot, but here’s one of my favorite Engagement Sessions to date —> !

The Dalmar is a Luxury Boutique Hotel, wedding and event venue that is unlike any in the Fort Lauderdale area. The Dalmar builds on the city'sstoried history with sophisticated guest rooms and suites where mid-century glam merges seamlessly with high-tech essentials. I would love to shoot a wedding here, it’s a dream!
