We pack all our items securely to avoid movement during transit, all bouquets are wrapped in tissue paper and padded to protect them. We use UPS, USPS and Fed Ex depending on the size of the order and all orders have a tracking number. We insure all items to cover damage or loss during transit. The insurance does not cover stolen or damages that occur after delivery.
All of the wedding flowers are either covered in tissue paper or in smaller boxes. Once you receive your items and have looked at them, re wrap in the tissue paper (make sure the leaves are not folded over when you rewrap) and place back in your box and store in a cool dark space away from direct sunlight. The beauty of silk flowers is that you can keep them for years to come.
Each listing has the current processing time and estimated delivery time and we always ship by the date listed to see this just click on shipping under each listing. The beauty of silk bouquets are that you can keep them and not have to worry about wilting.
